Please note that St Peter’s behaviour policy has been amended by Governors again this year to take account of changes in regulations for schools. It is no longer compulsory, for example, for schools to provide 24 hour notice to parents of a detention after school. At St Peter’s we will continue to provide as much warning as possible, but that may not be 24 hours before the detention. We will continue to take into account the personal circumstances of students, but no student should have immunity from school sanctions per se because of their personal situation.
