Ethos Day
Last week saw the return of our Ethos Day, a whole school community event, with students from Reception through to Year 12 taking part.
Feedback was really positive with so many students and staff having a great day. Members of the public, and Andrew (guest speaker) were very complimentary about our students. It was a great event and a powerful reminder of what a brilliant community we have at St Peter's.
This year the charities supported by donations were Reaching the Unreached: Brother Lionel's Charity for Impoverished Children in India and MacMillan Cancer Support: A charity which has provided tremendous support and help to former members of staff and their families.
Alongside raising funds for our two wonderful charities, we are hoping Ethos Day may give us an opportunity to raise support for the St Peter's Development Fund – monies raised this year will be used to focus on recycling and other 'green' initiatives around the school.
