A kinship carer is someone who steps up to raise a child of a family member or friend when parents are unable to.
Kinship Volunteer Coordinator, Jayne Howard, hosts two peer support groups in the BCP area where any kinship carer over the age of eighteen can meet other people in similar circumstances to share experiences and make new connections.
