The online consent forms have already been sent out to parent/carers by email. Please complete the consent before 6 March to ensure your child is included in the vaccinations.
These vaccinations will take place on either 11/12/13 March. Please remind your child to wear a short-sleeved shirt/blouse or a t-shirt under their uniform on these dates.
