High-end skills
This week the Year 10 Food Prep students have been making Crème Patissiere with crème anglaise, fruit and coulis.
Their creations were beautifully put together. Special mention goes to Jess, Olivia, Joseph, Poppy and Scarlett, who created incredibly high-end tarts, which would have been suitable for a top hotel.
