James Golding demos dishes

James demoed a range of dishes to the students, explaining different flavours and talking them through all the fresh produce, including herbs and many ingredients grown in the walled garden at the pig.

Celebrating our Founder
Published 19/05/23Last week we particularly remembered our Founder, St John Baptiste de la Salle, as Lasallian schools around the world celebrated “Founder’s Day”. Last Friday our Lasallian Leaders took part in an online Founder’s Day celebration on Zoom which brought together schools from across our region of Great Britain, Ireland and Malta. It was wonderful to come together as part of the worldwide Lasallian community and gather, reflect and pray, as one.
