It's pasta week at Southbourne, and this year we have been adding purées to our pasta. We used beetroot, tumeric and spinach and we will be adding squid ink later in the week.
The students created many fantastic shapes and Ali even improvised to make a stuffed ravioli. Well done Year 10!
