AUB degree show visit
Last week, Year 12 Fashion and Textiles students, visited the degree shows at the Arts University Bournemouth.
This was an inspiring visit for our students to see a variety of degree courses including Fashion, Textiles and Costume. As well as providing an insight into what courses students can go onto after Year 13, we were able to visit the workrooms and experience the sheer scale of equipment and facilities the Arts university have to offer including sewing machines, dye rooms, embroidery machines, print rooms and body scanners. We are so lucky to have such amazing facilities on our doorstep and are looking forward to building further relationships with the university in the future, including a portfolio workshop with AUB staff next week for our Year 12 students.
